Maddy Rowe’s passion for radio began in 2017 at a Melbourne community station, before she gained experience across several commercial networks. She joined Nova in 2021, bringing with her that infectious energy and authentic connection she has become known for.

By 2023, Maddy’s dynamic interview style and love of Australian music saw her launch The Maddy Rowe Aus Music Show, a national platform dedicated to championing local artists and their tracks. Since its launch, her star-studded guest list has included Jessica Mauboy, Guy Sebastian, Troye Sivan and The Veronicas.

A talented musician herself, Maddy’s dedication to supporting the Australian music scene was recognised when she was named a finalist for the Gudinski Australian Music Champion Award at both the 2023 and the 2024 Australian Commercial Radio Awards.

Her talent and passion have also earned her global recognition, with interviews spanning international heavyweights such as Mark Ronson, Tate McRae, Olivia Dean and Lola Young.

In 2025, Maddy took The Maddy Rowe Show to Late Nights then Evenings on the Nova Network, where she continues to share her love of music and the artists behind the songs Australians adore.

Outside the studio, Maddy is an avid traveller who has explored more than 30 countries. She’s also a live music devotee, having attended over 150 gigs in 2024 alone, always championing local talent from the crowd as enthusiastically as she does from behind the mic.
