Chrissie Swan


Chrissie Swan is joined by Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown on Nova 100’s new Melbourne breakfast show Chrissie, Sam & Browny.

Chrissie is one of Australia’s most talented personalities. The Silver Logie award winner is a radio and TV broadcaster, author and columnist.

A highly experienced radio broadcaster, Chrissie is no stranger to the NOVA Entertainment family. In 2015 she was a regular on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa breakfast show and previously co-hosted breakfast on vega 91.5 (now smoothfm). Chrissie also co-hosted Melbourne breakfast alongside Jane Hall for three years.

A versatile TV presenter, Chrissie endeared herself to audiences when she lasted until the final day on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here. A regular on TEN’s The Project, HYBPA and Weekend Today, in 2015 she was cast alongside Grant Denyer as co-host of TEN’s successful series The Great Australian Spelling Bee. In 2016 Chrissie will join Anh Do as co-host of Long Lost Family, TEN’s new inspirational series about heart-warming reunions and real life drama.

Chrissie has written for Saturday Herald Sun’s Weekend, Fairfax’s Sunday Life and Good Weekend magazine. She has also published her first book in 2013 Is it just me? Confessions of an Over-Sharer.

With a passion for education, Chrissie has been an ambassador for CARE Australia for five years, focusing on helping girls get an education both in Australian and in developing countries, and recently became an ambassador of Ardoch Youth Foundation, a charity providing educational support for disadvantaged children and young people.

Chrissie and her partner Chris have three children – Leo, Kit and Peggy.
