Nova 100’s Ben, Liam & Belle Breakfast show can be heard weekdays in Melbourne from 6am to 9am.

Having built a loyal national following during their three years as hosts of Triple J’s breakfast show, Ben & Liam joined Nova 919’s in January 2020. During their three years on air, the team were consistently the most listened to breakfast show in Adelaide.

In December 2022 Ben Harvey and Liam Stapleton were joined by their long-term Senior Producer Belle Jackson, as Nova 100’s new Melbourne breakfast show. Proud Melbournian Belle’s warm and funny banter complements Ben & Liam’s natural chemistry, compelling stories and quick humour.
