Reconciliation at NOVA
A message from NOVA Entertainment CEO, Peter Charlton:
When we developed our ESG strategy, Sound Future, we built it on something simple and non-negotiable: a commitment to using our voice for good. Our first ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan sits at the heart of that promise.
Reconciliation asks more of us than good intentions. It calls on us to better understand our shared history, to acknowledge the enduring contribution of First Nations cultures, and to think honestly about what each of us can do to help shape a fairer Australia.

We were also fortunate enough to work with First Nations Consultant and Aboriginal artist, Maria Watson-Trudgett.
